1. Temporary file relay

Project Nuvio is a temporary file relay service designed for convenient file transfer and sharing.

Project Nuvio is not intended to be used as permanent cloud storage or as a backup solution.

Always maintain your own copy of important files.

2. Responsible use

Project Nuvio is currently provided free of charge for reasonable personal and professional file sharing.

You are responsible for all content uploaded to your vault and for how you distribute your vault access key and public share links.

You must not upload, store or distribute illegal, malicious, fraudulent, abusive or harmful material, malware, spam, or content intended to interfere with the operation of the service.

3. Vault lifetime and deletion

Every vault is created with an expiry date displayed inside the owner vault.

If a vault is not renewed or continued before the applicable expiry period, its files may be moved, deleted or permanently wiped.

Expired or deleted data may not be recoverable.

4. Availability

Project Nuvio is provided on a best-effort, “as is” and “as available” basis.

Uninterrupted service, permanent retention, successful file delivery or recovery following hardware, software or network failure cannot be guaranteed.

5. Privacy and technical records

Project Nuvio does not routinely inspect uploaded file contents during normal service operation.

Limited technical information may be recorded, including IP addresses, access timestamps, upload and download activity, storage usage and system diagnostics.

This information may be used for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, service maintenance and legal compliance where required.

6. Sharing responsibility

Anyone possessing a valid owner key or public share link may be able to access files associated with it.

You are responsible for sharing keys and links only with intended recipients. Project Nuvio cannot revoke access to files that another person has already downloaded.

7. Fair usage

Automated abuse, attempts to bypass creation limits, excessive consumption of resources, denial-of-service activity or other misuse may result in vault removal, access restriction or suspension without prior notice.

8. Rights and permissions

You must have the necessary rights or authorization to upload and share the content placed in your vault.

Do not distribute copyrighted, confidential or personal information without the appropriate permission.

9. Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Project Nuvio is not responsible for data loss, unauthorized sharing, business interruption, consequential loss or damage resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Changes to the service and terms

Project Nuvio may change features, storage limits, retention periods, pricing, availability or these Terms as the service develops.

A newer version of the Terms may require renewed acceptance before future vault creation or continued use.

Acceptance

By accepting these Terms and creating a vault, you confirm that you have read them, understand the temporary nature of the service and accept responsibility for the files you upload and share.
